Hadfield branched into commercial construction in the late 1990s.  Bart was able to bring his experience and keen eye for detail from the high-end residential sector to the commercial sector.  From that point, the company began to focus exclusively on commercial construction: public buildings, warehouse, retail, offices and medical facilities.
